Home Delivery (Standard & Same Day Delivery): Accessories Only

Home Delivery (Truck Delivery): Furniture and Large items

Examples include: Furniture, Mirrors, Large Botanicals, Rugs

Click & Collect (Pick up in store): Accessories Only

Order online and collect your order from your preferred store in 2-3 days (Exclusions Apply).

• Buy online, and we will deliver your order to the selected store for collection.
• After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email / text message with order number. Please wait for an email and/or SMS from us telling you when it’s ready to collect.
• If you’re unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us on +965 182-1212.
• We keep your order in store for 7 business days.
• All uncollected orders will be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

• Please note that we’re unable to accept orders that include either non-available item or items for collection from one of our stores as well as items for home delivery. In these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for home delivery.

Furniture Delivery and Assembly (White Glove Delivery)

• With our premium White Glove Delivery Service, items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice - and are then unpacked and fully assembled for you. You can choose a delivery date and time that is convenient for you when placing your order.
• The Home Delivery team is not responsible for hanging mirrors, picture frames or other wall hanging products, wiring of electrical items, removal of mattresses, roll out/set up of existing rugs and floor coverings, hanging of blinds, curtains and drapes or the plumbing and connection of sanitary wire.
